Badrinath and Mana

A Small Village at Badrinath Uttarakhand, famous for Devotees. Village is present near to Badrinath Temple. This village symbolizes the last Settlement road to Tibet. Mana village is situated on the banks of Saraswati River. Whole are of Mana village is surrounded by mountains and water bodies(small streams).

Narsingh Temple

Narsingh Temple is a very famous temple at Sapt Badri, and it’s also known as Narsingh Badri temple. Temple is a sacred place for the visitors of Joshimath and must visited place. The deity of the temple is fourth incarnation of Lord Vishnu Narsimha Avatar. In this avatar Lord Vishnu is in the form of half Lion and Half Man. Narsingh Temple is located at Lower Bazaar Joshimath.

Auli Gorson

Auli Gorson is also famous for trekking, for its geography trekkers enjoy the shuffling of treks here, and to visit Nanda Devi Peak. One can touch the peak by bare hands. Meshed up with the Deodar, Oak dense forest at Gorson Bugyal is a sight to behold forever.

The Valley of Flower

The Valley of Flower has gained an importance as a region consisting of Alpine Flora in all its diversity. Rich diversity of flora species represents valley’s location. This region is divided into the zones of Zanskar and Great Himalayas. The Valley is situated between the eastern and western flora (Nanda Devi National Park). Valley has a diversity of medicinal plants higher than any other Indian Himalayan regions. The valley of flower national park is the second zone of Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve.

Tapovan hot water springs

Tapovan Hot Water Spring is the major attraction of Tapovan Village, situated at 3 km from Tapovan Village. Tapovan Hot water spring is a natural source of hot water, in which hot water comes out from earth. People believe that this hot water spring has medicinal properties and cure many skin related diseases. Hot water spring has good height; the reason being can be used for bathing purposes.

Dronagiri

Dronagiri Village is popular for Mystical Land of Sanjeevani Herb. The less trodden trails of Jumma- Dronagiri, which is associated for Ramayana Mythological belief, in which Lord Hanuman's travelled for the life saving herb Sanivni. Jumma - Dronagiri is popular 15km trek can be travelled by the help of local people.

Mallari

Mallari is a beautiful place situated 62 km far from Joshimath. The place is called 'Markh' by Tibetan people. There is an ancient walnut tree. It is believed that the tree is as old as Pandavas. It has a specialty that it gives a fragrance of sandal on rubbing the bark of its twigs.

Bavishya Badri

Bhavishya Badri is one of temple of Panch Badri temple, located at 2744 meters near to Joshimath in Subain village. This is a small temple for devotees of Lord Vishnu and also known to be the future temple of Badrinath.

Bhavishya Badri is located at Dhauliganga River. As a part of prophecy, at the near end of Kalyug epic time. When the landslide happens at right arm of Narsingh Idol in Narsingh Temple at Joshimath will be separated. After that Badrinath seat will be changed to Bhavishya Badri.

Kalpeshwar (One of the five Kedars of Uttarakhand)

Kalpeshwar is a hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, situated at near Urgam Valley of Garhwal region. In the Ancient time of Pandavas(heros of Mahabharat) is a fifth temple of the Panch Kedars(Shiva's Five Anatomical Divine forms). The other four kedar khands are Kedarnath, Rudranath, Tungnath and Madhyamaheshwar temple.

Hemkund Sahib

Hemkund Sahib formally known as Gurudwara Shri Hemkund Sahibji, is a Sikh place of worship and pilgrimage place in Chamoli District, Uttarakhand. It is devoted to Guru Govind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru. The setting of a glacial lake submerged by seven mountain peaks, each adorned by a Nishan Sabhib on its cliffs. It is approached from Gobind ghat on the Rishikesh Badrinath Highway, Near Joshimath.
